Restorative Yoga in Studio

This class is meant to release tensions throughout the body and bring stillness and calm. By holding various poses students stretch different muscles, flex various joints allowing the body to relax and restore. Appropriate for new students, the ones with certain physical limitations and those returning to practice after health issues.
