Chair yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is gentle and beneficial all without getting down on the floor. It brings awareness to your body through breathing and opening poses. Chair yoga activates your muscles to help lengthen your spine for better posture and energy flow. It will strengthen muscles to help with balance and mobility. It encourages better circulation and flexibility.

This class is ideal for anyone with reduced flexibility, mobility or recovering from an injury.  Chair yoga as all of the benefits of yoga - working on balance, strength, flexibility, reflexes, and relaxing all without being on the floor.
