Heat up and energize the body in this Vinyasa flow class. Sun Salutations and flows through standing postures will build muscular strength and can improve joint mobility. Vinyasa Krama means to place in a special way and Vinyasa sequences build through a progression of postures warming and educating the body throughout the class to arrive at a peak pose. Vinyasa focuses on linking breath to movement and students will develop a deep understanding of how the breath aids in movement, helps to focus the mind and keeps the body calm even in the midst of challenging postures. Moderately paced, this class is appropriate for all students.
