Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga meant to bring stillness and calm. This class combines both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Through seated or lying postures it slows down and opens your body through passive stretching held for longer periods of time. The class targets the deep connective tissues to increase flexibility, encourage joint health, muscle relaxation and activate the rest and digest part of your nervous system, leading to deep relaxation and healing.  This class is perfect for all levels and those with injuries.
